Yoga/Coaching Disclaimer

You understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support when needed.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended under certain medical conditions and you should consult with your doctor before performing any physical activity that may conflict with any pre-existing condition. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against the teacher Amy Rohrer/COMPANY.

In addition, if partaking in wellness programs and dietary recommendations, I understand that these suggestions are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice. I understand that the author of the programs will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damages allegedly arising as a consequence of your use or application of any information or suggestions within the programs.
