Whether you’re seeking movement, stillness, healing, stress relief, or deeper connection, Amy offers supportive wellness experiences through yoga, ayurveda, meditation, and holistic lifestyle practices. 


With both in-person and online offerings, you can find a practice that meets you exactly where you are. 

 

The Nurtured Nest was born from the belief that healing, growth, and resilience happen in relationship. That our nervous systems are shaped not only by what we experience, but by whether those experiences are witnessed, held, and supported with compassion.


Here you'll find support for parents, babies, children, and adults of all ages through yoga, nervous system-informed care, infant and toddler sleep support, somatic practices, and community connection.


Whether you're navigating overwhelm, an illness or injury, seeking more restful sleep, longing for deeper connection, or simply looking for a space where you can exhale and be supported, you're welcome here.

Wellness Offerings Designed for Real Life

I believe that when we feel more connected to our bodies and nervous systems, we create greater capacity for healing, growth, resilience, and wellbeing. Through yoga, somatic practices, nervous system support, sleep education, and community, I help individuals and families cultivate more ease, confidence, and connection.

Nurtured Sleep Support

Nurtured Sleep Support is a neuroscience-informed, attachment-focused approach to infant and child sleep that supports healthy brain development, nervous system regulation, and family wellbeing. Rooted in the work of Greer Kirshenbaum, this approach helps parents understand sleep through the lens of connection, infant brain development, and resilience—without relying on traditional sleep training methods.

Somatic
Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing® is a body-oriented approach to supporting nervous system health, healing, and resilience. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, sessions help you gently work with your body's natural capacity for regulation and restoration.

Yoga

Private Hatha-based yoga sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are. With a focus on accessibility and nervous system awareness, each session is adapted to your body—whether that means chair yoga, gentle floor movement, support through injury or illness, or building strength and challenge in a way that feels safe and sustainable.


Sessions are available in-person at The Nurtured Nest, online, or as part of group classes offered in community and workplace settings—meeting you where you are and supporting you in bringing yoga into real, everyday life.
