Hi there! And welcome to my little corner of the world.
I'm Amy Rohrer, a yoga & mindfulness teacher, toddler mama, neuroscience & nervous system practitioner, travel enthusiast & airbnb host, life long learner and lover of creating things out of hodge podge ingredients in my kitchen and trying to make it still yummy! After my own health crisis led me to pursue why yoga was helping me tremendously, I've continued to follow this path of self discovery and empowering & supporting others to create a meaningful wholehearted life as well! I'm happy you landed here, and that our paths have connected!
