1 on 1 Baby & Family Sleep Coaching Rooted in Nurtured Neuroscience

My 1-on-1 sleep coaching is based on the principles of nurtured neuroscience—a groundbreaking approach that honors the deep connection between a child’s brain development and their relationships, stress responses, and sleep patterns. Inspired by neuroscientist Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum’s work, this method supports families in creating secure, responsive sleep routines that nurture the nervous system rather than override it.

You’ll receive personalized guidance to:

  • Build sleep practices that align with emotional and neurological development

  • Respond confidently and gently to your child’s nighttime needs

Parent-Baby Circle Program

Motherhood is one of the most life transforming journeys one goes thru, and we’re not meant to do it alone! The Nurtured Mama & Baby Circles support mothers with the tools, science and art of growing lifelong health for their babies and themselves. Babies have incredible brain development from 0-3 years, and when we provide nurture we create brain circuits that create mental and physical wellness for life, and this also connects deeply to optimizing babies sleep!

 

Each gathering includes:

-An expert to guide and answer all of your questions about your baby and yourself

-Nurtured sleep support

-A new topic and grounding parenting practices each week (ex. Nurturing Infant Stress, Infant Brain Development, Ambivalence, Nurtured Empathy, etc)

-Peer support from the other mothers in your group

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma, stress, and nervous system dysregulation. Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, SE gently helps individuals restore balance by tapping into the body’s natural ability to heal.

SE focuses on how the body holds onto unresolved stress. Through guided awareness of bodily sensations, movements, and emotions, clients are supported in safely releasing tension, building resilience, and reconnecting with a sense of vitality and presence.

Somatic Experiencing can support recovery from:

  • Shock trauma (accidents, surgeries, falls)

  • Developmental trauma (early attachment wounds)

  • Chronic stress or anxiety

  • PTSD and emotional overwhelm

Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and tailored to your pace. Together, we explore your body's innate intelligence, helping you move from survival to thriving.
